Somersberry is pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy excluding sale items.

EXCHANGES

The easiest way to return an item for exchange is simply to post the item you no longer want back to us for a refund and simply repurchase the item you now would like on our site.

We do not cover the shipping costs of returning the item back to us.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Should you receive any item that is defective we will replace this immediately. Please contact our customer service department.

REFUNDS NOT ACCEPTED

• Products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
• Garments where the packaging has been damaged that it would render the product unsaleable.
